Aman Holding Celebrates Graduation of the First ‘Aman Nexus Program’ Batch to Empower Young Talent in Tech and Management

AMAN Holding, a Raya Holding portfolio company, and the most integrated fintech group in Egypt, celebrated the graduation of the first batch of its innovative talent development program, ‘Aman Nexus Program’. The program aims to prepare and empower a new generation of young talent through six months of intensive training, combining data science, technology, and product management to enhance integration and foster closer collaboration between AMAN’s various business units
The celebration was attended by a group of the company’s leaders, headed by Mr. Ahmed Khalil, CEO and Chairman of Raya Holding; Hazem Moghazi, Co-CEO of Business and Commercial Affairs at AMAN Holding; Mohamed Wahby, Co-CEO of Products & Technology at AMAN Holding,; Marwa Hamza, Chief Human Resources Officer of Raya Holding ; and Karim Bahgat, Senior Director of Human Resources at AMAN, in addition to department managers and sector heads
The program aims to act as a primary “Binding Agent” to create a seamless flow of innovation, projects, and cross-departmental ideas. By bridging the knowledge gaps between teams, the program contributes to fostering collaboration and delivering smart solutions that drive the company toward future leadership, as the graduates successfully launched 21 collaborative projects that enhanced interaction between technical teams and various business units
On this occasion, Ahmed Khalil, CEO and Chairman of Raya Holding, stated: “We believe in the AMAN team’s ability to select the most promising elements, which we clearly witnessed in the high caliber of the ten graduates and their innovative projects. For his part, Mohamed Wahby, Co-CEO of Products and Technology at AMAN Holding, explained: “The ‘Aman Nexus’ program aims to empower a new generation of data science experts, product thinkers, and technical engineers; we are optimistic about the ability of these talents to achieve a tangible impact that forms a cornerstone for shaping the next stage of innovation within AMAN and in the fintech market in general
In the same context, Karim Bahgat, Senior Director of Human Resources at AMAN, added: “The ‘Aman Nexus Program’ aims to enhance the professional readiness of graduates by integrating advanced technical skills with direct practical application in the workplace. We are proud that this batch achieved a 100% employment rate, which has prompted us to increase the program’s capacity in its upcoming cycles to ensure the provision of the specialized calibers necessary to support AMAN’s expansion goals, in line with our strategic direction to enhance digital efficiency
