Launched as a nationwide scouting platform, the program was designed to identify, evaluate, and develop emerging football talent across multiple age groups. Through a structured format and professional scouting framework, it established clear and credible development pathways for both boys and girls reinforcing OPPO’s commitment to youth empowerment, innovation, and meaningful community impact through sport

The results speak for themselves. Engaging more than 5,000 young players across Egypt, the initiative successfully translated large-scale participation into measurable, high-quality outcomes. After a rigorous professional selection process, 29 high-potential boys and girls were chosen to join The Maker Incubator, where they now receive continued development and mentorship transforming grassroots participation into tangible career opportunities
